Naxos is the largest island of the Cyclades. It’s self-sufficient, as it has rich vegetation and a large number of animals, which give us excellent quality milk.
The history of our small cheese factory goes back 4 generations, as the art of cheese making is a tradition in our family. The craftsmanship was passed down from generation to generation until in 1990 we created a cheese factory with modern equipment. Combining technology and traditional techniques, we started the revival of all the traditional cheeses of the Cyclades, but at the same time we created new species, having as a source of inspiration, the natural wealth of the island, such as herbs and wine. We currently produce 25 different types of cheese, from fresh milk that we collect from the island’s producers. Thanks to their special flavors, our cheeses have won many awards and have become widely known.
